Faction Strikes:

1st Strike - Faction Warning
2nd Strike - Faction Leader: 1d Ban
3rd Strike - Faction Leader: 3d Ban & Disqualification from FTop
4th Strike - Faction Disbanded

DISCLAIMER: Punishments will be Directed at the Faction member who Broke the Rule(s). If logs are expired/unobtainable, the punishment will be given to the Faction Leader.



Alt Factions
Using an Alt Account to Create another Faction, even if it is just to save a name, is NOT permitted.​
First Offense – Alt Faction Disbanded​
Continued Offenses – Alt Faction Disbanded & Faction Strike to the main faction​


1 Corner per faction
A Faction is allowed to Claim 1 Corner ONLY.​
First Offense – Land Unclaimed​
Continued Offenses – Land Unclaimed & Faction Strike​

Bitch Claiming
B. Claiming, or Bitch Claiming, is claiming land within a Faction’s 20 Chunk Buffer to prevent them from building/expanding, which is NOT permitted.​
First Offense – Land Unclaimed​
Continued Offenses – Land Unclaimed & Faction Strike​

Water/Lava/Blocking Spawners | Unraidable Blocks
Covering Spawners with Water, Lava, or any unraidable blocks (Not Destroyable by Explosions) is NOT allowed.​
First Offense – Requested to Remove Water/Lava/Blocks & Faction Strike​
Second Offense – 7d Ban & Faction Strike​
Continued Offenses – 14d Ban & Faction Strike​

Printer/Generator Patching
Printer is a part of a Modification called Schematica which is allowed* on most servers. Abusing this modification or Generator Buckets to patch raided areas during a raid is NOT allowed.​
First Offense – 7d Ban & Faction Strike​
Second Offense – 30d Ban & Faction Strike​
Continued Offenses – Permanent Ban & Faction Strike​

Tag-Teaming | Leaching (3+ Factions Raid/Defending)
The server allows each Faction to have 1 ally. This allows for Factions to Join in on a Raid or Help their ally Defend during a raid. This allows the fight to be a 2vs2 (Faction + their Ally vs. Faction + their Ally). If a Non-Allied Faction joins in on the Raid or Defense of a Raid, that Faction will be punished.​
First Offense – Faction Strike​
Continued Offenses – Faction Strike & 7d Ban​
NOTE: Punishments for this Rule will be applied to the Intruding Faction, NOT the Main Attack Faction + Their 1 ally & the Main Defending Faction + Their 1 ally.

Boosting a Faction
Factions that are boosted by another Faction in any way will NOT be tolerated.​
First Offense – Both Factions will be Disqualified from FTop & 3d Ban​
Continued Offenses – 7d Ban & Both Factions Disbanded​
NOTE: Boosting does NOT include an Allied Faction supporting another in a Fight (Increasing a Faction’s Defense/Attacker Player Count).

20 Chunk Buffer
Factions are permitted to claim 20 Chunks out from their main base North, South, East, and West to create walls. They start from the First Wall to the Outer-Most Wall, not including the wall of the Main Base. Overclaiming this set-buffer is NOT permitted.​
First Offense – Unclaim of Land​
Continued Offenses – Unclaim of Land & Faction Strike​


Alts/Mains AFKing in/on Walls
Using Alt Accounts or your Main Account to AFK in, around, or on walls is NOT allowed.​
First Offense – Kick & Warning​
Second Offense – 1d Ban & Faction Strike​
Third Offense – 3d Ban & Faction Strike​
Fourth Offense – 7d Ban & Faction Strike​
Continued Offenses – Alts: Alt Abuse Punishment* & Faction Strike | Main: 14d Ban & Faction Strike​
NOTE: This punishment will never be taken out on the Faction Leader, it will always affect only the user breaking the rule


TnT Detectors | Redstone Mechanics
Use of TnT Detectors or Redstone Mechanics on Walls is NOT permitted. If you are being raided, it is your job to keep watch, not using Mechanics or a Detector.​
First Offense – Removal of Whole Wall containing Redstone Mechanics/TnT Detectors & Faction Strike​
Continued Offenses – Removal of Whole Wall containing Redstone Mechanics/TnT Detectors & 3d Ban & Faction Strike​


TnTing/CEgging Spawners to Bypass Fee
Mining spawners comes with a fee, using TNT or a Creeper Egg (CEgg) to destroy the spawner within your faction to bypass the fee is NOT allowed.​
First Offense – 30d Ban & Faction Strike​
Second Offense – Perm Ban & Faction Strike​


Regen Walls
Creating regen walls is NOT permitted. You are allowed to use Sand & Obsidian as a stronger reinforcement along with basic walls.​
First Offense – Removal of Wall(s) & Faction Strike​
Second Offense – Removal of Wall(s) & 3d Ban & Faction Strike​
Continued Offenses – Removal of Wall(s) & 7d Ban & Faction Strike​


1 Cannon per Faction at a Time
If you create a Cannon, you are NOT allowed to create another one unless the first cannon has been either Destroyed or Broken. You cannot have another cannon pre-built on standby if your initial cannon is destroyed or broken. If simple fixes can be made to the cannon, such as cobwebs breaking or your redstone clock is disrupted, then you should not be making a new cannon unless the destruction is severe enough to ruin the cannon beyond quick repair. If you are Raiding/Defending with an Ally, you can have a MAX of 2 Cannons, 1 owned and operated by your Faction and the other owned and operated by your Ally.​

Instant Wall-Removing Cannons
Any cannon created to remove a complete wall in one shot is NOT allowed. The Faction’s Wall(s) destroyed and Base will be Rolled Back.
First Offense – Cannon Removal & Faction Strike​
Second Offense – Cannon Removal & 3d Ban & Faction Strike​
Continued Offenses – Cannon Removal & 7d Ban & Faction Strike​


➢ Cannoning Speed | 3-Second Minimum
Cannons can be fired at different rates by adjusting repeaters. We require the speed from the time you activate the redstone to the time your cannon itself activates to be a 3 second gap. Not meeting this requirement will result in a punishment. Here is a cheat-sheet on different speeds and how to adjust your clocks to the respected minimum:​

| Cannon Timers are found connected to the button to initiate power to the cannon. |
Each repeater is equivalent to 1 Tick (0.1 Second).​
A Repeater has 4 Speeds; each speed Increases the Tick and the Second.​
> Tick 1 = 0.1 Second​
> Tick 2 = 0.2 Seconds​
> Tick 3 = 0.3 Seconds​
> Tick 4 = 0.4 Seconds​
The MINIMUM requirement to create a Cannon is a 3 Second Delay.​
> MIN. Repeaters on 1 Tick = 30 Repeaters​
> MIN. Repeaters on 2 Ticks = 15 Repeaters​
> MIN. Repeaters on 3 Ticks = 10 Repeaters​
> MIN. Repeaters on 4 Ticks = 8 Repeaters​
(OR: 7 Repeaters on 4 Ticks and 1 Repeater on 2 Ticks)
These can all be interchangeable if their time limit is a minimum of 3 Seconds.​
We will also allow pulse clocks, clocks with pistons, but the timer must still be a minimum of 3 Seconds between shots.​

Decisions made by staff members are final. Do not argue with a punishment that has been made by one the staff at FadeCloud. If you feel that one of our Staff members have falsely punished you, please create a ban appeal and if you feel it is needed, a staff report.
