Yes you can tell if a member in factions is flying and thy aren't at a level where they should have fly.

So the only problem with console client is people who shouldn't have fly are using it to hover in air cuz of how cc works?

so shouldn't it only be bannable on factions? because I heard it was on skyblock as well.
